Because all of our products are custom-made specifically for each customer, please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom-Made Products

All H&P Building products are manufactured to order based on the specifications approved by the customer.

Orders may be modified or canceled only before production begins.

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

Shop Drawing Approval

For many custom products, shop drawings are provided for customer review and approval before manufacturing begins.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all dimensions, specifications, finishes, and design details before approving the drawings.

Production begins only after final customer approval has been received.

Natural Material Variations

Many of our products are manufactured using natural materials such as Corten steel and copper.

Variations in color, texture, oxidation, weathering, and patina are natural characteristics of these materials and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please notify H&P Building within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
• A description of the issue

We will review your claim promptly and determine the most appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or another suitable resolution.

Shipping Damage

If your shipment arrives with visible damage, please note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing whenever possible.

Failure to report shipping damage promptly may affect the carrier claim process.

Installation

H&P Building is not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, installation, modification, misuse, or improper maintenance after delivery.

Refunds

Approved refunds, when applicable, will be issued using the original payment method.

Refund processing times vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

Production & Delivery Delays

Production and delivery schedules are estimates.

Although we make every effort to meet our estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

• Material availability
• Custom manufacturing requirements
• Weather conditions
• Freight carrier scheduling
• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Such delays do not qualify for order cancellation or refunds.

Warranty

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact H&P Building. Each claim will be reviewed individually, and appropriate corrective action will be determined at our discretion.
