At H&P Building, every product is custom-made specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our products, production and shipping times vary depending on the product type, size, finish, and project complexity.

Production Time

Most custom orders require approximately 6–10 weeks for production after:

• Order confirmation.
• Receipt of the required deposit or payment.
• Approval of the final shop drawings, when applicable.

Some highly customized or large commercial projects may require additional production time. The estimated lead time for each product is displayed on the individual product page.

If your project has a specific deadline, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm the estimated production schedule.

Order Approval

Many custom products require shop drawings for customer approval before manufacturing begins.

Production starts only after the customer has approved the final drawings.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped throughout the United States using trusted freight carriers or parcel delivery services, depending on the size, weight, and dimensions of the product.

Smaller products may ship via UPS or FedEx.

Large or oversized products are typically shipped via LTL freight carriers or dedicated delivery services.

Shipping Notification

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking information whenever available.

Delivery

Most large products are delivered curbside.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible for freight trucks and for arranging unloading equipment or assistance if necessary.

If special delivery services are required, please contact us before placing your order.

Inspecting Your Shipment

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

If you notice any visible shipping damage:

• Note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.
• Take photographs of the packaging and product.
• Contact H&P Building within 48 hours of delivery.

This helps us work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Delays

Although we work hard to meet all estimated production and shipping schedules, delays may occasionally occur due to:

• Custom manufacturing requirements
• Material availability
• Weather conditions
• Freight carrier scheduling
• Other circumstances beyond our control

We will keep customers informed of any significant delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the product size, weight, destination, and delivery method.

Free shipping, when offered, applies only to qualifying products and locations as specified on the product page.

Additional charges may apply for remote locations, special handling, liftgate service, residential freight delivery, or other requested services.

Please contact us before placing an international order to confirm shipping availability, costs, customs requirements, and estimated transit times.
